L’Oréal is a multinational with hundreds of nationalities working toward the same mission. However, aligning teams across diverse cultural nuances and regional priorities presented significant challenges.

Solution

To tackle these challenges, we worked with the team to create space for open dialogue, identify core issues, and co-design actionable solutions.

The workshop focused on

  1. improving alignment, enhancing communication
  2. fostering a stronger sense of collaboration

All tailored to the team’s specific needs and priorities.

We used methods like the ‘Together but Alone’ work mechanic to reduce debate and ensure individual input; and exercises such as ‘Note & Vote’ to help the team prioritize ideas efficiently and objectively.
